Order No. 435 of 9 June 2023 approved Kazakhstan’s technical regulation on the safety of buildings, structures, construction materials and products. We first determine whether the particular product falls within its scope.

We consider the name, composition, technical properties, intended use and HS classification. A tariff code helps classification but does not replace the product description. Imported products also require manufacturer and supply details.

Standards and supporting evidence
We establish the applicable requirements before choosing standards and test methods within their scope. Manufacturer documents and existing test reports are reviewed for content, provenance and suitability for the selected scheme.
When another regulation applies
For fire-protective products we separately check EAEU TR 043/2017. Special-purpose products may fall under other technical regulations. A service page does not by itself establish a mandatory certificate under Order No. 435.
